The best Anker Black Friday sales are:
- Anker Solix F3800: This whole-home system is now $2,000 cheaper than normal. You can also score even better discounts if you get an option with an expansion battery, something we highly recommend.
- Anker Solix F2000: A well-balanced system that’s ready for home, RV, or camping power. Now 50% off and less than $1,000! Don’t pass up this incredible offer. For more details, see our F2000 review.

Bluetti Sales and Discounts
You can’t leave out Bluetti power stations for the Black Friday sales. Bluetti has one of the most diverse lineups, and one unique feature that many Bluetti options offer is the wireless charging pad. Fewer cables, less hassle.
When it comes to Black Friday discounts for this brand, here are our favorite choices:
- Bluetti AC300 + 350W Solar Panel: The AC300 has it all. Big modular batteries. High-amp outputs. Real power, truly portable. Right now, you can save $1,349 off of the best starter packages for serious portable power. Read our AC300 review for more details.
- Bluetti AC180: Our midrange choice for Bluetti Black Friday is the AC180 at over 50% off right now and less than $500 for one of the most capable options in this segment. The powerful inverter pairs with a great size battery for medium-duty electrical needs. Plenty for any small device and enough to run critical appliances for a few hours.
- Bluetti AC2A: We’ve always been a fan of the AC2A for ultra-portable use or to keep your phones and laptops running. And right now it’s just $149, an amazing deal. The fast-charging is one of our favorite things about this, both with outlets and with solar.

Jackery Sales and Discounts
When you see “Lowest Prices of the Year” on Jackery’s website, you know the Black Friday discounts are going to be unreal. And we’ve saved some of the best power station sales for last. Jackery is the old dog on the block, one of the first brands to focus on portable power stations. Yet it’s continued to release knock-out model after knock-out model, including the all-new 5000 Plus — the whole-home backup system.
Here are our top choices for Jackery Black Friday deals:
- Explorer 5000 Plus: The new system is ready to connect directly with your home’s electrical system and provide hours or even days of backup power. Discover the confidence of true energy independence right now and you’ll get a $1,500 discount on select bundles, including the Jackery Smart Transfer Switch (a critical piece of the home backup puzzle).
- Explorer 2000 v2: Although we prefer the modular batteries with the 2000 Plus, this model (2000 v2) is just too good of a deal to pass up right now. For less than $900 you can get a battery big enough to power your fridge or TV for about 10 hours. It’s the Black Friday real deal. See our 2000 v2 Review for more details.
- Explorer 300 Plus: For a compact Jackery power station, we suggest the 300 Plus and it’s on sale at 24% off right now. This is the portable device that you can bring camping or use to power your computer and phone — a few critical devices — during a home outage. Although the Jackery 500 has a bigger Black Friday discount, we aren’t fans of its NMC battery that only lasts a few years compared to the LFP batter in the 300 Plus and other models we recommend.

BougeRV Sales and Discounts
Form Nov 20 to Nov 30, the BougeRV Black Friday sale is providing up to 60% off its best products, including some power stations, but also solar panels and portable refrigerators. If you’re not aware of this brand, make sure to check them out. BougeRV understands what adventurers need and has the reliable power stations that will accompany you while you create new memories anywhere.
Our best picks for BougeRV Black Friday deals are:
- Rover 2000: BougeRV’s biggest power station unleashes a semi-solid state battery into the power station industry. And the result is a smaller and more compact power station. This unit matches other 2kWh battery packs yet is much easier to pack and bring anywhere.
- Fort 1000: The price of this power station is about half of what it usually is. It’s a great choice for those that want a decent amount of portable power without going overboard.
- Free solar panel or portable fridge: Qualifying purchases over $2,000 or $3,000 can get a free gift that will help you stay off-grid longer. Don’t pass up this opportunity to get the most bang for your buck from BougeRV products.

Power Station Buying Guide
We have plenty of power station information to help you buy the right one. Here, we’ll do a brief crash course to make sure you buy the right one. Here are the most important things to look for when buying a power station:
- Battery Capacity (Wh): The size of the battery determines how long the power station can power your electronics for. It is listed in watt-hours (Wh), which is a measure of energy stored or used over time. Generally speaking, a 500Wh or less is good for small devices only. 2,000Wh or so is good for short home backup needs to power some appliances. 4,000Wh and over is for more serious whole-home power.
- Inverter Power (W): When you need to power big devices from normal AC outlets, the inverter rating in watts (W) is what to look for. The higher the wattage, the more power the unit can supply at one time. For example, a 500W inverter can never power a 1,500W microwave. But a 3,000W inverter can power that microwave as well as a TV, fridge, and lights.
- Connections and Ports: You can’t change how many outlets and ports your power station has. Look for the right amount of USB (including Type A or Type C) and AC outlets for the things you want to power. This can be a major limiting factor on some of the smaller power stations, particularly if they also use the USB-C ports as the charging input for solar panels.
- AC Charging Speed: When you hook a power station up to a wall outlet to charge, some will change faster than others even if they have the same size battery. This speed is given in watts (W) and you want it to be as fast as possible. A standard outlet usually supplies about 1,800W at most, so if its higher than that, you’ll need a high-amp or high-voltage outlet to get the faster charging rate.
- Solar Inputs: Charge controllers inside the power station determine how many solar panels you can connect, which also tells you how quickly it will recharge from solar. You usually want to get one that can handle enough solar panels to recharge in one day – which means looking for a solar input in watts equal to about 1/3 to 1/4 of the battery size in watt-hours. For example, a 1,000Wh battery that can handle 300W of solar is a pretty good balance.
- UPS Function: To keep critical devices like computers or medical equipment running, the uninterruptible power supply function can be very helpful. It will allow your devices to run off of grid power while its available, then if an outage occurs, the power station quickly swtiches to battery power. If the UPS transfer time is <10ms, it’s very likely your computer will stay on. If it’s 20ms, some computers will stay on while others will reboot. At 30ms, many devices will reboot.
- Weight and Size: There are significant differences in power station dimensions and weights, even if they have similar specs. The heavy-duty power stations can be very heavy, so some brands use an external battery to keep weight down. A few brands use innovative battery technology, like semi-solid state, to keep size down to a minimum.
- Price and Value: We like to judge prices based on cost per battery watt-hour. This metric allows us to compare prices even when power stations are different sizes. Most of our favorite brands hover around $1.00 per Wh or less at full MSRP. We consider $0.85 per Wh to be a pretty good deal, and anything under that is an exceptional value. Just take the price and divide by the battery watt-hours to get this value comparison figure.
- Other Features: You can look for things like app connections (most have WiFi and Bluetooth now), wireless charging pads (typically only on Bluetti systems), and IP65 or better dust/water resistance ratings. There are unique factors from each brand to keep an eye out for.
If you consider all of these elements, you’ll be in good shape to find a power station that’s right for you. Check out these posts for more information on buying the right power station:
